The best way to send your guitar to USA will be by air.
Regarding the cost, I need the weight and dimension of your guitar box. The charge is based on the actual weight and volumetric weight.

If you have not packed your guitar yet, that will be your first thing to do. Then I recommend you to check import customs regulations with American customs before sending it. You can search in google to find their contact telephone number.
